Partner
Akhil Singh brings over 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, capital markets, and project management. Mr. Singh is integrally involved in all major development efforts for Aria including land acquisition, entitlements, financing, investor relations, design, construction management, and property management.
Mr. Singh is a Charlotte, NC native and started his career with Lincoln Financial Group, where he originated over $1B in institutional debt and equity investments into real estate projects. Prior to co-founding Aria, Mr. Singh worked with Beauxwright, a prominent Charlotte-based real estate private equity development firm where he was responsible for overseeing development and financing efforts.
Mr. Singh’s experience and relationships in structuring, executing, and operating real estate development projects allows Aria to engage with trusted partners, capitalize on opportunities, and maintain efficiency.

Michael Scott has over 20 years of experience as a licensed general contractor and directs all of Aria’s in-house construction activities through Aria Construction & Development with Mr. Scott also plays key roles key roles in site selection and entitlements. A native to the Carolinas, Mr. Scott began his career in York County’s Planning Department, where he spent 18 years overseeing the county’s zoning and infrastructural planning efforts for commercial development.
Mr. Scott brings over 25 years of full-service commercial construction experience to the Aria team. His network of direct relationships with designers, subcontractors, and engineers allow us to effectively execute construction efforts while also transferring cost savings to investor partners. Additionally, Mr. Scott’s relationships with city officials from his time working with local government provides several advantages with executing projects in a timely manner.

Dr. Pradeep Singh has been a reputable cardiologist and real estate investor for the past 15 years and plays a key role in identifying opportunities, structuring project financing, managing capital, and overseeing project execution.
Dr. Singh’s experience as a multifamily investor and developer has provided him insight into creating mutually beneficial deals that have consistently generated strong returns for his core group of limited partners. His proven track record and strong relationship with lenders has allowed him to finance his projects on favorable terms, which plays a significant role in efficiently completing construction while keeping costs low.
As a well-known cardiologist who has lived in the Carolinas for more than 30 years, Dr. Singh has developed a strong and trustworthy reputation among his peers.

Mr. Houston brings over 25 years of commercial and residential development experience to Aria with a key focus in construction management and execution. A Charlotte native, Mr. Houston has grown up with exposure and access to real estate through his father’s career in multifamily development, and now contributes that perspective to Aria Communities. Prior to joining Aria, Mr. Houston successfully led a grading company as well as a general contracting firm specializing in both commercial and residential construction projects in Charlotte.
His extensive local roots and vast network of construction and development partners enables Aria to seize compelling opportunities while enhancing efficiency across projects. Mr. Houston’s commitment to quality, effectiveness, and community development are integral to Aria’s success.
Asset Manager
Megan Connolly serves as Asset Manager at Aria Communities. With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, she possesses an expansive background in property management, marketing, and leasing. Mrs. Connolly has successfully stabilized multiple lease-up communities and managed value-add projects for her clients. Megan is responsible for managing property specific performance and teams. She builds strong teams and implements effective processes that ensure partner, client, and resident satisfaction.
Mrs. Connolly is a Charlotte native who loves the Carolinas and is proud to see how much the region has grown over the years.
Senior Operations Coordinator
Shania Domingue is a detail-driven operations and administrative leader with experience in executive support, business operations, and relationship-focused project management. She brings a thoughtful, structured approach to building efficient systems and creating meaningful experiences across organizations. A former collegiate student-athlete, Ms. Domingue brings discipline, leadership, and a team-oriented mindset to support Aria Communities.
Most recently, Ms. Domingue served as Director of Administration and Executive Assistant to the Commissioner for the Big South Conference, where she oversaw day-to-day business operations including financial processes, procurement, payroll coordination, and conference-wide initiatives. She worked closely with executive leadership, managed cross-functional stakeholders, and led planning for high-profile events and programs.
Her background also includes experience in financial services and hospitality, where she supported senior leaders, managed complex operations, and prioritised high-quality client and stakeholder experiences.
Regional Manager
Tiffany Everidge serves as Regional Manager for Aria Property Management, overseeing Aria Communities’ North and South Carolina portfolio. With extensive experience managing a diverse spectrum of assets inclusive of luxury lease-ups, build-to-rent communities, and Class B properties, Mrs. Everidge brings strategic insight and operational expertise to every community under her direction.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has developed a strong track record in driving operational performance, building high-performing teams, and implementing efficient systems that elevate property success. She is deeply committed to supporting onsite teams and fostering resident retention through thoughtful leadership and consistent standards.
As Regional Manager, Mrs. Everidge is responsible for financial reporting, hiring and developing onsite staff, ensuring effective processes and structures are implemented across each property, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the portfolio. Her leadership reflects both industry experience and a dedication to strengthening Aria’s presence across the Carolinas.
Project Manager
Mason Houston serves as Project Manager contributing with hands-on experience operating equipment and working directly in the field. Mr. Houston brings practical knowledge, versatility, and a strong work ethic to every phase of the construction process.
His background in on-site construction provides valuable insight into quality craftsmanship, safety standards, and efficient coordination across trades. Mason takes pride in seeing projects through from concept to completion, driven by the sense of accomplishment that comes with delivering tangible results.
As Construction Project Manager, Mr. Houston oversees daily site operations, coordinates across subcontractors, and ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget without compromising quality. His proactive communication and field leadership are instrumental in maintaining progress and accountability across Aria’s development projects.
Project Administrator
Tracy Garrett brings 27 years of experience in the design and construction industry to her role as Project Administrator. Ms. Garrett’s career spans projects from concept to completion, with expertise in design coordination, construction execution, and practical problem-solving where plans meet real-world conditions.
Ms. Garrett values craftsmanship, efficiency, and solutions that function beyond the blueprint. Her deep industry knowledge allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline coordination, and support field operations with precision and clarity.
As Project Administrator, Ms. Garrett coordinates communication between construction teams and municipalities for inspections, facilitates collaboration among subcontractors and Aria’s in-house construction teams, and provides consolidated project reporting throughout the build process. She also provides interior design insight for units and amenity spaces, contributing both operational support and aesthetic perspective to Aria’s communities. Ms. Garrett especially appreciates the dynamic nature of her work —spending time outdoors and continually learning with every project.
