Aria was founded in Charlotte by operators who live here. Our work is concentrated in the greater Charlotte metro and the surrounding communities across the Carolinas – cities, towns, and neighborhoods we know well and intend to remain invested in. We are long-term owners of our properties, which means our success is measured not at ribbon-cutting but years later in how our communities are maintained, how our residents are treated, and how our neighbors still feel about the project a decade on. That long horizon shapes every decision, from the land we acquire to the way we engage with city staff, elected officials, and the people who live next door.
