Property Manager

Lindsay Mobley brings more than 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, having served in a variety of roles including Regional Property Manager. Her background spans stabilized assets, lease-ups, bonded communities, value-add renovations, and REAC-regulated properties, giving her a well-rounded perspective on property performance and resident satisfaction.

Mrs. Mobley holds the nationally recognized Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and is a graduate of the Greater Charlotte Leadership Lyceum. She has been recognized for her leadership and impact, including receiving the Smart Culture Award from Smart Culture Magazine and being named a Bravo Nominee for Corporate Professional of the Year.

Committed to excellence, Mrs. Mobley is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and cultivating a strong, service-driven team culture. She values collaboration and works closely with her teams to improve operational efficiencies, allowing for a greater focus on resident needs and overall community experience.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Mrs. Mobley enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children as a proud basketball and volleyball mother. Tracy Garrett

Project Administrator

Tracy Garrett brings 27 years of experience in the design and construction industry to her role as Project Administrator. Ms. Garrett’s career spans projects from concept to completion, with expertise in design coordination, construction execution, and practical problem-solving where plans meet real-world conditions.

Ms. Garrett values craftsmanship, efficiency, and solutions that function beyond the blueprint. Her deep industry knowledge allows her to anticipate challenges, streamline coordination, and support field operations with precision and clarity.

As Project Administrator, Ms. Garrett coordinates communication between construction teams and municipalities for inspections, facilitates collaboration among subcontractors and Aria’s in-house construction teams, and provides consolidated project reporting throughout the build process. She also provides interior design insight for units and amenity spaces, contributing both operational support and aesthetic perspective to Aria’s communities. Ms. Garrett especially appreciates the dynamic nature of her work —spending time outdoors and continually learning with every project.

Mason Houston

Project Manager

Mason Houston serves as Project Manager contributing with hands-on experience operating equipment and working directly in the field. Mr. Houston brings practical knowledge, versatility, and a strong work ethic to every phase of the construction process.

His background in on-site construction provides valuable insight into quality craftsmanship, safety standards, and efficient coordination across trades. Mason takes pride in seeing projects through from concept to completion, driven by the sense of accomplishment that comes with delivering tangible results.

As Construction Project Manager, Mr. Houston oversees daily site operations, coordinates across subcontractors, and ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget without compromising quality. His proactive communication and field leadership are instrumental in maintaining progress and accountability across Aria’s development projects.

Tiffany Everidge

Regional Manager

Tiffany Everidge serves as Regional Manager for Aria Property Management, overseeing Aria Communities’ North and South Carolina portfolio. With extensive experience managing a diverse spectrum of assets inclusive of luxury lease-ups, build-to-rent communities, and Class B properties, Mrs. Everidge brings strategic insight and operational expertise to every community under her direction.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has developed a strong track record in driving operational performance, building high-performing teams, and implementing efficient systems that elevate property success. She is deeply committed to supporting onsite teams and fostering resident retention through thoughtful leadership and consistent standards.

As Regional Manager, Mrs. Everidge is responsible for financial reporting, hiring and developing onsite staff, ensuring effective processes and structures are implemented across each property, and maintaining operational excellence throughout the portfolio. Her leadership reflects both industry experience and a dedication to strengthening Aria’s presence across the Carolinas.

Shania Domingue

Senior Operations Coordinator

Shania Domingue is a detail-driven operations and administrative leader with experience in executive support, business operations, and relationship-focused project management. She brings a thoughtful, structured approach to building efficient systems and creating meaningful experiences across organizations. A former collegiate student-athlete, Ms. Domingue brings discipline, leadership, and a team-oriented mindset to support Aria Communities.

Most recently, Ms. Domingue served as Director of Administration and Executive Assistant to the Commissioner for the Big South Conference, where she oversaw day-to-day business operations including financial processes, procurement, payroll coordination, and conference-wide initiatives. She worked closely with executive leadership, managed cross-functional stakeholders, and led planning for high-profile events and programs.

Her background also includes experience in financial services and hospitality, where she supported senior leaders, managed complex operations, and prioritised high-quality client and stakeholder experiences.
